On 11th September, 2018, Dr. Priya Virmani, Founder and Director of Paint our World, visited Food for Life Vrindavan. She conducted an amazing, one-hour session with 50 girls from 9th till 12th grade.
Dr. Virmani explained them about the importance of- “Self-Love”. She explained them how Self Love can actually help them keep their own attitude, their own personal space and sometimes help them know more about themselves.
She also discussed about various characters from Vedic Literatures- Ramayana and Mahabharata with our girls, and explained them how sometimes, people can act in a different manner depending on their circumstances and that they should move ahead in their lives by respecting themselves, caring for themselves and loving themselves despite of the fact that every human being has some flaws in them.
It was an engaging, delightful and a very satisfying session for the girls and they learnt the three most important things in their lives, they should follow religiously – “Self Love”, “Self- care”and “Self- Respect”.
We thank Dr. Priya for conducting such a wonderful session with our girls.
