Glad to bring to your notice that the regular classes for the FFLV students of 6th to 8th grades have been reopened from Wednesday, 10th February, as per the orders by the government.

After nearly 11 months due to nationwide lockdown owing to the coronavirus pandemic, students are finally allowed to rejoin the regular school while following the medical guidelines with a parental consent letter for visiting the school.

The final examinations for 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 11th grades will be conducted soon in the first week of March while students of 10th and 12th grades will attend the Pre-Board examinations to prepare and practice for the final Uttar Pradesh Educational Board Examinations which will be happening in April.

Meanwhile, teachers are doing all they can to help the students learn well and perform to the best of their capabilities in their upcoming exams by regularly organizing extra classes, group studies, daily tests, weekly assessments, etc. Wishing all the students good luck, looking forward to satisfying academic results.

On the 10th of February, FFLV organized a seminar for around 70 women of rural Vrindavan at Sandipani Muni School, Kiki Nagla. This was the second seminar aimed at educating women on gender inequality.

The workshop was focused on empowering and transforming rural women’s lives through a series of intense coaching and activities.

The goal of these seminars is to challenge old limiting beliefs, more specifically to set these beliefs on fire and take women towards hope, self-awareness, self-love, and acceptance.
We’ve planned to make this drive sustainable and help empower village women in every way we can. We look forward to having our next seminar very soon.

FFLV has been working for 20 years with the best efforts to keep the Vrindavan area clean. Moreover, FFLV has a team of 17 cleaning workers hired to be responsible for cleaning, collecting, and disposal of waste in some parts of Vrindavan. It's only a small percentage, but with our large numbers of supporters, every penny will add up. We have seen other charities benefiting greatly from this initiative.
