Rupa Raghunath Das (Founder FFLV)

The founder of Food for Life Vrindavan (FFLV), Pietro Paolinelli, was born in Italy in 1954. As a young man, he became the disciple of a guru who gave him the name Rupa Raghunath Dasa. ‘Rupa’, as he is called by his friends and colleagues, has started living in Vrindavan more than 20 years ago. He dedicated his life to the service of the children of Vrindavan and inspired others to donate their money and time for this noble cause.

Rupa Raghunath Dasa had the vision, skills, and persistence to develop FFLV from a food distribution program into an organization that seeks long-lasting solutions and effectively helps to improve all areas of life in Vrindavan. Now, director of a large organization, Rupa works tirelessly & plays a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the programs including food distribution. He also spends time traveling overseas, raising awareness about the work of FFLV, and establishing relationships with businesses and individuals interested in supporting the children of Vrindavan.

Nikunja Nivasini dd
She has been working tirelessly for many years as a volunteer to educate the girls of Vrindavan. Nikunja (Nicoletta Santagostino) is the president of Cibo Per La Vita and does fundraising for FFLV in Italy. She is also the head of the sponsorship department that oversees communication between the sponsors and the kids and updates about the progress of their sponsored child.
Neeraj Saigal
With his excellent leadership skills, Neeraj Saigal is functioning as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) of FFLV. He leads and supervises a multidisciplinary team through his strategic planning, also overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of FFLV Projects.
Shyama is a postgraduate in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. With the experience of currently working as a Student Counselor at FFLV, her goal is to make the students that she counsels trust her concern for their well-being, and understand them as a valuable, vital, and unique individuals. Also helping them to overcome their fear, depression, aggression, phobias, anxiety, learning difficulties, and behavioral problems.
Damayanti had been an English Communication Trainer for two years in New Delhi. At present, she is taking care of all the communications with the sponsors and assisting the sponsors with their queries and timely updates about their respective students.

Shreya is responsible for managing the organization's presence on social platforms by designing and creating quality content for social media, emails, and website. She also assists the volunteers, potential donors, and guests during their visits at FFLV.
Mrs. Rashmi Mishra
Mrs. Rashmi Mishra is the Head Principal of FFLV Schools with over 15 years of experience in education. She is dedicated and focused on improving the teaching methods at FFLV schools by developing standardized curriculum for students, monitoring student achievement as well as providing timely guidance to teachers, ensuring quality education to all the students.
